Some vehicles need far more time and product than a standard package allows for. This page explains what that means, so you are never surprised.
An honest charge for unusually dirty vehicles
Our package prices are built for normal wear: everyday dirt, dust, crumbs and the occasional spill. When a vehicle is in much worse condition, the job takes noticeably longer, and an extra dirty charge covers that extra time and product.
We would rather say so up front and put it in writing than hide it in the package price for everyone else.
What can trigger it
- Heavy, caked-on mud or dirt
- Food and drink spills that have been left to set
- Heavy build-up of rubbish or clutter to clear first
- Mildew or other severe odour problems

How much is the extra dirty charge?
It depends on the vehicle and how much extra work it needs, so we quote it in writing for your vehicle. Current package prices are on the pricing page.
Will I be charged without being told?
No. Any extra dirty charge is part of the total we give you in writing before work starts.
Is pet hair an extra dirty charge?
